We are making efforts to combine a variety of techniques with liquid freezing to provide an even greater selection of delicious cuisine. (Several patent applications pending)
To provide safety and peace of mind we source domestic ingredients from the neighbors of our central kitchen and produce the food in-house and not by using OEM or contract manufacturing. In addition we are aiming to develop original frozen ingredients, like "Desalting cooking", which our new freezing technology makes possible.

We are using a liquid freezing method, which prevents cell rupture caused by the expansion of water molecules, so that no dripping occurs when defrosting.

For people with high blood pressure or under dialysis treatment, the trend is toward reduced or salt free food. Freeze Food Development is promoting cooking methods that produce healthy low salt cuisine that still has a full flavor.

Liquid cooled freezing is the freezing of sealed food in a coolant so that it can be defrosted without losing its “flavor” and nutrition.
